Delivery Information
UK Standard Delivery
Standard delivery to the UK mainland (excluding highlands) will take between 2-5 working days from when the order is placed and costs £3.99.
Please note all orders are despatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday, orders are not dispatch from our warehouse Saturday or Sunday.
Standard delivery to Ireland, Highlands, Channel Island and all UK of Shore Islands will take 5-10 working days and costs £6.99.
Standard delivery is free on order over £65 to the UK mainland only.
A Signature is required upon receipt.
Please be aware that during a sale period, black Friday and Christmas days, standard delivery may be up to 7 working days from when your order is placed.
UK Express Delivery
Express delivery is only available to the UK mainland, taking 1-3 working days if you order before 12pm GMT Monday to Thursday and costs £5.99.
Please note all orders are despatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Saturday or Sunday.
Unfortunately express delivery is not available for Ireland, Highlands, Channel Island and all UK offshore Islands.
Signature is required on receipt.
International Delivery
We currently deliver to Europe including Azores Islands and Madeira Islands.
A standard delivery service is available and we aim to deliver your order within 3-7 working days and costs £12.99.
Please note, all orders are despatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse Saturday or Sunday.
However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time please allow up to 15 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact our customer service department.
All purchases will be made in pounds sterling (£) and international credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.
Orders placed outside of UK mainland maybe subject to taxes due to importing restrictions on certain products. These additional charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation and it is your responsibility to pay this.
Any taxes or charges will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country.
We have no control over these charges therefore we cannot advise you what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
An email will be sent to you with your tracking information once your order is dispatched.
WORKING DAYS
A working day is referred to as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Express delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY
If you are not in when our courier tries to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver 2 more times, usually on the following working days.
To arrange a more convenient redelivery day, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier.
If you have not received your parcel or have missing item/s within your order we require that it is reported within 7 days of despatch/delivery. Parcels or items reported missing after the seven day time frame cannot be investigated due to the time lapse.
USING AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD
You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/credit card. You can enter the delivery address at checkout.
Please ensure that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details cannot be made once your order has been placed.
